How the departure runs
- Day before: we confirm pickup time and WhatsApp group.
- Arrival: Srinagar airport meet — private transfer to stay.
- Each morning: breakfast, then a paced day block with buffer for light and weather.
- Evenings: free time; optional shikara or old-city stroll.
- Departure: soft morning and timed airport drop.
